Terms and Conditions for www.gamble-profit.com

This document, referred to as “The Affiliate Agreement,” establishes the legal understanding between you, the Affiliate, and www.gamble-profit.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “us,” “we,” or the «Affiliate Program». By completing your registration for the Affiliate Program and subsequently accessing, utilizing any marketing tools, or accepting rewards, bonuses, or commissions, whether stipulated within this Affiliate Agreement or provided elsewhere as part of our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, comprehended, and consented to the terms set forth in this Affiliate Agreement.

Please be aware that we may periodically amend this Agreement. While we shall make reasonable efforts to inform you of such revisions, we strongly recommend that you regularly review this document. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program signifies your agreement to the updated terms and conditions as outlined herein.

TERMS

1.1 “Affiliate” shall refer to the individual or entity submitting an application to participate in the Affiliate Program.

1.2 “Affiliate Account” designates the account created for the Affiliate upon approval of their Affiliate Application, enabling participation in the Affiliate Program.

1.3 “Affiliate Agreement” encompasses:

• All the stipulations within this document;
• The terms and conditions detailed in the Commission Structures applicable to various products and brands;
• Any additional rules or guidelines, periodically communicated to the Affiliate by the Company and/or the Websites.

1.4 “Affiliate Application” signifies the submission made by the Affiliate to join the Affiliate Program.

1.5 “Affiliate Links” pertain to hyperlinks on the internet, utilized by the Affiliate to connect from the Affiliate Website(s) or any third-party website to the Company Websites.

1.6 “Affiliate Program” delineates the collaborative venture between the Company and the Affiliate, wherein the Affiliate promotes the Company’s websites and establishes Affiliate Links from the Affiliate Website(s) to the Company’s websites. Compensation to the Affiliate for such services is contingent upon the generated traffic to the Company’s websites, subject to the terms outlined in this Affiliate Agreement and the relevant product-specific Commission Structure.

1.7 “Affiliate Wallet” constitutes an online wallet registered in the Affiliate’s name, into which the Company disburses commissions and other payments due to the Affiliate, which the Affiliate may withdraw in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.

1.8 “Affiliate Website” pertains to any website (or any traffic source) managed, operated, or otherwise supervised by the Affiliate.

1.9 “Company” shall denote www.gamblig-profit.com and any other company within our corporate group, including our parent companies, their parent companies, and all of the respective subsidiaries of these entities.

1.10 “Company Websites” represents the online casino websites available for advertising through the affiliate program www.gamble-profit.com and posted on the affiliate program website in the relevant section.

1.11 “Commission” designates the percentage of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) or, when applicable, a fixed amount for acquiring a New Customer (CPA structure), as defined in the Commission Structures or combined Hybrid value.

1.12 “Commission Structures” refer to any specific reward structures that are explicitly agreed upon between the Company and the Affiliate.

1.13 “Confidential Information” encompasses any commercially or critically valuable information pertaining to the Company, including but not limited to promo tools, financial reports, trade secrets, proprietary knowledge, pricing and custom quotations, business data, products, strategies, databases, technology, information regarding New Customers, other customers and users of Company Websites, marketing strategies, and operational methodologies.

1.14 “Intellectual Property Rights” includes copyrights, trademarks, service marks, domain names, brands, business names, and registrations thereof, and any other similar rights of a similar nature.

1.15 “Net Gaming Revenue” or “NGR” refers to all funds received by the Company from New Customers as wagers, excluding:

• winnings distributed to New Customers;
• bonuses issued;
• net balance adjustments;
• administrative fees;
• costs associated with fraud and chargebacks.

Notably, all Net Gaming Revenue figures mentioned herein are exclusively related to New Customers referred to Company Websites by the Affiliate Website(s).

1.16 “New Customer” signifies a new, first-time customer of the Company who has made an initial deposit meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum deposit requirement at Company Websites’ player accounts, in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions of Company Websites. This definition explicitly excludes the Affiliate, its personnel, family members, and acquaintances.

1.17 “Parties” denotes both the Company and the Affiliate, each acting as a “Party.”

1.18 “Personal Data” encompasses any information, whether relating to individuals or legal entities, that can be directly or indirectly identified.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AFFILIATE

2.1 Registration as an Affiliate

To gain membership in our Affiliate Program, you must acknowledge these terms and conditions by selecting the respective checkbox during the submission of your Affiliate Application. The Affiliate Application is an integral component of the Affiliate Agreement.

The Company retains sole discretion in evaluating and accepting Affiliate Applications. Our decision is conclusive and not subject to appeal. Notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your Affiliate Application will be provided via email.

You are obligated to furnish any documentation requested by the Company for the purpose of verifying the Affiliate Application and the information in your Affiliate Account. Such documentation may encompass, but is not limited to, bank statements, individual or corporate identity documents, and proof of address.

It is your exclusive responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during Affiliate Program registration and to keep this information current at all times.

2.2 Login Details

You bear the exclusive responsibility for safeguarding the confidentiality and security of your Affiliate Account login details at all times. Any unauthorized use of your Affiliate Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your login information falls solely under your purview. You remain solely accountable and liable for all activities conducted under your Affiliate Account user ID and password, whether such actions were initiated by you or others. You must promptly inform us if you suspect any illegal or unauthorized use of your Affiliate Account.

2.3 Participation in the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program is designed for direct participation by you. The creation of an Affiliate Account on behalf of a third party, brokerage, or transfer of an Affiliate Account is not permissible. Should you seek to transfer an account to another beneficial owner, you must formally request permission from us. Additionally, you are prohibited from opening more than one Affiliate Account without our prior written consent.

By agreeing to partake in the Affiliate Program, you commit to diligently promote the Company Websites in alignment with the Affiliate Agreement and adhere to the Company’s directives as communicated from time to time. All your actions under the Affiliate Agreement must prioritize the Company’s best interests and must not tarnish the Company’s reputation or goodwill in any manner.

You may link to the Company Websites solely through the Affiliate Links or other materials approved by us from time to time. This is the sole method by which you are authorized to represent us.

2.4 Affiliate Website

You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and upkeep of the Affiliate Website, including all content featured on it. You must ensure that the Affiliate Website perpetually complies with all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and maintains a professional appearance.

You may not present the Affiliate Website in a manner that could cause confusion with the Company Websites or give the impression that it is owned or operated by the Company.

The Affiliate Website must not contain any defamatory, libelous, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content, including but not limited to violent, obscene, derogatory, or pornographic materials, or content that is illegal in the target country.

2.5 Traffic Quality Requirements

You shall not generate traffic using branded keywords for contextual advertising placements. Sending branded traffic to Company Websites is strictly prohibited. Any New Customer acquired through the use of branded keywords for contextual advertising shall not be considered a valid New Customer under the Affiliate Agreement, and consequently, any Commission related to such New Customers may be suspended or deemed non-payable at the discretion of the Company.

You shall not generate traffic to Company Websites by registering as a New Customer, either directly or indirectly (e.g., through associates, family members, or third parties). Such conduct constitutes fraudulent behavior.

You are prohibited from benefiting from traffic generated in bad faith. If you reasonably suspect that any New Customer referred by you is connected to bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud, or other misuse of remote gaming websites, you must promptly inform us.

You acknowledge that any New Customer identified as a bonus abuser, money launderer, fraudster, or an accomplice in affiliate fraud (whether reported by you or subsequently discovered by us) does not qualify as a valid New Customer under the Affiliate Agreement. Consequently, no Commission shall be payable for such New Customers.

You recognize that if 50% of the New Customers in your total traffic volume make only the minimum initial deposit during the current month, or request a withdrawal of the deposit at the first opportunity, such traffic shall be considered as motivated under the Affiliate Agreement. Consequently, any Commission related to these New Customers may be suspended or deemed non-payable at the discretion of the Company.

You acknowledge that if more than 50% of the New Customers in your total traffic volume make only the minimum initial deposit during the current month, or request a withdrawal of the deposit at the first opportunity, the entire traffic volume shall be considered as motivated. In this scenario, the Company reserves the right not to pay Commission for such traffic.

You acknowledge that if 20% of the New Customers in your total traffic volume are found to be bonus abusers, money launderers, fraudsters, multi-accounts or contributors to affiliate fraud (whether reported by you or later uncovered by us), they will not be considered valid New Customers under the Affiliate Agreement, and no Commission shall be payable for your entire traffic.

You acknowledge that if your CPA or Hybrid traffic metrics do not meet the following conditions:

• total bets must be at least 2 times the amount of deposits
• availability of repeated deposits of at least 30% of FTD

then the traffic is put on additional hold for two weeks or paid according to the revenue sharing model of 40%

The Company reserves the right to request the suspension of your traffic, with notice provided via email or other instant messaging platforms (e.g., Skype, Telegram), in order to assess the quality and legitimacy of your traffic. In the event you receive a suspension notice from the Company, you must cease all traffic, and any New Customers registered after this notification will not be deemed valid under the Affiliate Agreement. Consequently, any Commission related to these New Customers may be suspended or deemed non-payable at the discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the current deal with the Partner, providing one (1) business day’s notice. Reasons for cancellation may include:

• Low-quality traffic;
• Low conversion rates that may result in a negative balance.

You acknowledge that following the cancellation of the current deal and the establishment of a new deal with one (1) business day’s notice, all subsequent traffic brought by the Partner (registrations, initial deposits, and subsequent deposits) will be governed by the terms of the new deal.

2.6 Improper Websites

You shall not feature our Intellectual Property in any Affiliate Links or digital advertisements on unsuitable websites, whether owned by third parties or otherwise. Improper websites encompass, but are not limited to, websites targeted at children, displaying illegal pornography or illegal sexual acts, promoting violence, endorsing discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, advocating illegal activities, or in any way infringing upon the intellectual property rights of any third party or the Company, or violating applicable advertising regulations or codes of practice in any territory where such Affiliate Links or digital advertisements may appear.

2.7 Affiliate Links

Affiliate Links must be displayed with prominence equal to or greater than any other sales links on the Affiliate Website. You may solely use Affiliate Links provided by the Company within the framework of the Affiliate Program. Concealing or manipulating your Affiliate Links (e.g., concealing the source of traffic directed to Company Websites) is prohibited.

2.8 Electronic mail and Text message Advertising

Prior to sending any emails or text messages communications that (i) feature any of the Company’s Intellectual Property Rights or (ii) intend to promote Company Websites, you must first secure our authorization for such communications. If the Company grants permission, you must then ensure that you possess explicit consent from each recipient to receive marketing communications in the intended form, and that these individuals have not opted out of receiving such communications. You must also make it evident to recipients that all marketing communications originate from you and are not attributable to our Company.

2.9 Employment of Company Intellectual Property Rights

Any use of the Company’s Intellectual Property Rights must conform to any brand guidelines issued to you periodically and is always contingent upon the required approval detailed below.

You shall not register domain names, search terms, or other identifiers for use in any search engine, portal, app store, sponsored advertising service, or other referral service that are identical to any of the Company’s trademarks or that otherwise incorporate the Company’s trademarks.

2.10 Approved Creative

You shall not employ any advertising layouts or creatives (including banners, images, logos) incorporating our Intellectual Property Rights unless they have been provided to you by the Company or have received prior written approval from the Company. You shall not alter the appearance of any advertising materials provided to you or for which approval has been granted.

It is your responsibility to seek Company approval in a timely manner before launching any advertising campaign or creative, to ensure you possess written consent from the Company regarding advertising, and to be able to produce evidence of such approval upon request.

2.11 Loyalty Programs

You shall not offer any cash-back, value-back, or similar programs, except for programs offered on the Company Websites.

2.12 Responsible Gaming

The Company is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling addiction. You agree to actively collaborate with the Company in promoting responsible gaming. Specifically, you shall not target individuals under the age of 18 or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction through any material, and you shall adhere to all relevant and applicable laws and regulations related to responsible gaming.

2.13 Illegal Activity

You shall not target territories or jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited. You shall at all times act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal activities related to the Affiliate Program or otherwise.

The Affiliate acknowledges that promoting resources in the next markets are subject to legal restrictions: U.S.A or the U.S.A dependencies, France, The Netherlands,  the Dutch Caribbean Islands (Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten);  Bonaire, St Eustatius, Saba, Malta, UK, Lithuania, Latvia, EST, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, Ontario (Canada), Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia.

2.14 Data Protection and Cookies

You shall consistently adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any existing or new data protection legislation, regulations, or laws applicable in your jurisdiction. This includes all legislation and/or regulations concerning the use of ‘cookies.’

2.15 Cost and Expense

You shall bear sole responsibility for all risks, costs, and expenses incurred in fulfilling your obligations under the Affiliate Agreement.

2.16 Company Monitoring of Affiliate Activity

You shall promptly furnish the Company with any requested assistance and information to facilitate the monitoring of your activities under the Affiliate Program.

2.17 Commissions Paid Incorrectly

Upon request by the Company, you agree to promptly return all Commissions received in connection with New Customers referred to the Company in violation of the Affiliate Agreement or associated with fraudulent or falsified transactions.

AFFILIATE RIGHTS

3.1. Authority to Attract New Customers

We hereby confer upon you, for the duration of this Affiliate Agreement, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to attract New Customers to the specific Company Websites mutually agreed upon, strictly in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Affiliate Agreement. It is explicitly understood that you have no entitlement to Commission or any other form of compensation for business generated by individuals or entities other than yourself.

3.2. License for Company Intellectual Property Rights

During the term of this Affiliate Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to utilize the Company Intellectual Property Rights. This license is subject to our periodic approval and is solely applicable to the display of promotional materials on the Affiliate Website or any other locations explicitly authorized (in writing) by the Company. You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, assigning, or otherwise transferring this license.

3.3. Handling Players’ Personal Data

In the course of rendering services pursuant to this Agreement, it is expressly understood that the Affiliate shall not be granted access to any Personal Data belonging to the Company’s customers.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Provision of Essential Materials and Information

We shall exert our utmost efforts to furnish you with all requisite materials and information indispensable for the effective implementation of the Affiliate Links.

4.2. Registration and Tracking of New Customers

At our sole discretion, we will undertake the registration of any New Customers directed to the Company Websites by you and will meticulously track their transactions. We reserve the unequivocal right to decline New Customers or to close their accounts if it becomes imperative to ensure compliance with any periodic stipulations we may institute.

4.3. Provision of Monitoring Tools

We shall provide monitoring tools that enable you to oversee your Affiliate Account, ascertain the level of your Commission, and facilitate the disbursement of said Commission.

4.4. Utilization and Processing of Personal Data

In the course of our business relationship, we shall utilize and process specific personal data pertaining to an Affiliate or any employee thereof. This data encompasses your login username, email address, name, date of birth, country, address, telephone number, and financial information. Such usage and processing are undertaken to ensure a heightened level of security, comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legal prerequisites, and effectively manage our business relationship.

4.5. Commission Payment

Subject to your unwavering adherence to the terms delineated in the Affiliate Agreement, we shall remit your Commission in strict accordance with part 6.

COMPANY ENTITLEMENTS AND RECOURSE

5. In the event of your contravention (or, where applicable, suspected contravention) of this Agreement, your negligence in executing your duties under the Affiliate Program, or failure to fulfill your obligations hereunder, the Company shall possess the following remedies at its disposal:

• The prerogative to suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program for the duration necessitated for the investigation of any activities potentially infringing upon the Affiliate Agreement. During this suspension period, the disbursement of Commissions shall also be suspended;
• The authority to withhold any Commission or other payments due to the Affiliate resulting from or related to any particular campaign, traffic, content, or activity initiated or generated by the Affiliate that violates the Affiliate’s obligations under the Affiliate Agreement;
• The entitlement to retain from the Commission funds that the Company deems reasonable to cover any indemnity furnished by the Affiliate herein or to satisfy any liability incurred by the Company due to the Affiliate’s breach of the Affiliate Agreement;
• Immediate termination of the Affiliate Agreement;
• The right to withhold funds contained in the Affiliate Wallet if they remain unwithdrawn for a period of 3 (three) months following the termination of the Affiliate Agreement in accordance with part 8.1.
• It is to be understood that our delineated rights and remedies are not mutually exclusive.

REWARDS AND SETTLEMENT

6.1. Commission Earnings and Structure

Subject to your strict adherence to the stipulations outlined in the Affiliate Agreement, you shall be entitled to earn Commission in accordance with the prescribed Commission Structure. We reserve the right to modify the Commission percentage and the method of Commission calculation in accordance with this clause.

6.2. Commission Calculation and Payment Schedule

The Commission shall be computed at the conclusion of each month, with payments disbursed on a monthly basis, post-dated not later than the 10th of the subsequent calendar month.

6.3. Payment via Affiliate Wallet

Commission payments will be facilitated through our designated Affiliate Wallet. It is important to note that, due to regulatory requirements, Affiliates may be required to undergo verification and provide “know your customer” documentation before gaining access to withdrawal options.

6.4. Withdrawal Minimum

A minimum sum of €50 (fifty euros) may be withdrawn from the Affiliate Wallet in a single transaction.

6.5. Correction of Commission Calculation Errors

In the event of any miscalculation of Commission, the Company retains the right to rectify such discrepancies at any time. In such cases, underpayments shall be promptly settled, or overpayments shall be reclaimed from the Affiliate.

6.6. Commission Restructuring

At the Company’s sole discretion, the Affiliate may be afforded the opportunity to reconfigure its Commission structure.

6.7. Acknowledgment of Commission Payment

The acceptance of a Commission payment shall signify the comprehensive and conclusive settlement of the outstanding balance for the relevant period. Should the Affiliate dispute the reported balance, it must notify the Company within a fourteen (14) calendar day period, providing clear reasons for the dispute. Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe shall be regarded as an irrevocable acknowledgment of the balance for the relevant period.

6.8. Tax Responsibility

The Commission shall be deemed exclusive of value-added tax or any other applicable tax. The Affiliate shall bear sole responsibility for the payment of any and all taxes, levies, charges, and other monetary obligations owed to any tax authority, department, or other competent entity arising from the compensation generated under the Affiliate Agreement.

6.9. Special Provisions for Hybrid and CPA Partnerships

For partnerships structured under Hybrid and CPA arrangements, several stipulations warrant consideration:

• Negative Revenue Share shall be offset against the CPA portion of the Commission, unless otherwise negotiated with the affiliate manager in advance;
• Duplicate accounts and self-excluded players will be deducted from the CPA portion of the Commission, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed with the affiliate manager in advance;
• In cases where a specific Customer Acquisition Price (CAP) was negotiated with a partner, Commission shall only be remitted for the agreed number of First-Time Depositors (FTDs);
• The initial test cap is remunerated if an Affiliate succeeds in generating a minimum of 30 FTDs, while complying with all discussed requirements. Failure to meet these prerequisites may result in a delay in processing the withdrawal until the agreed-upon requirements are met;
• Certain eligibility periods of 30 days apply for the first deposits (leads).

6.11. Payment Method Options

Under the www.gamble-profit.com  affiliate program, affiliates have the option to withdraw their earned commission funds utilizing the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Crypto currency

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS

7.1. Throughout the duration of the Affiliate Agreement, you may periodically be entrusted with confidential information pertaining to our business, operations, underlying technology, and/or the Affiliate Program. This may include details such as the Commissions earned by you under the Affiliate Program.

You are bound to refrain from disclosing or employing such confidential information for unauthorized purposes, whether to third parties or external entities, unless you have obtained our explicit written consent. Furthermore, you commit to utilizing the confidential information solely for the purposes outlined in the Affiliate Agreement. These confidentiality obligations persist even after the termination of this Agreement.

Moreover, you are prohibited from issuing any press release or similar public communication regarding your involvement in the Affiliate Program without the prior written consent of the Company, which shall also entail approval of the specific content to be disseminated.

DURATION AND CANCELLATION

8.1. Duration

The term of this Affiliate Agreement commences upon your approval as an Affiliate and remains in effect unless either Party communicates its intent to terminate the Agreement in writing. In such an event, the Agreement shall terminate 30 days after the notice is issued. Please note that the transmission of termination notices via e-mail constitutes a valid form of written and immediate notification.

It should be clarified that the Company also holds the right to terminate the Agreement (as per Clause 5 above) with immediate notice at any time if the Affiliate fails to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement or due to the Affiliate’s negligence.

8.2. Affiliate Obligations upon Termination

Upon termination, you are obligated to promptly remove all Company banners or creative materials from the Affiliate Website and deactivate all Affiliate Links connecting the Affiliate Website to any Company Websites. All rights and licenses granted to you under the Affiliate Agreement will instantly cease. You must return to the Company all confidential information and any copies thereof within your possession or control. Furthermore, you must discontinue all utilization of Company Intellectual Property Rights.

8.3. Commission

In the event of the termination of the Affiliate Agreement, regardless of the reason, all Commissions associated with New Customers directed to the Company during the Agreement’s term shall not be payable to the Affiliate effective from the date of termination.

MISCELLANEOUS

9.1. Disclaimer We wish to emphasize that we do not provide any express or implied warranties or representations concerning the Affiliate Program, the Company, or the Commission payment arrangements. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties related to functionality, fitness, merchantability, legality, or non-infringement. Additionally, we make no assurances regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our sites. We shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors. If any discrepancies arise between the reports in the Affiliate Account system and the Company database, the database shall be considered the accurate source of information.

9.2. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability You are obligated to indemnify and protect the Company, along with our directors, employees, and representatives, against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs. This includes legal fees and is connected with:

• any breach by you of the Affiliate Agreement;
• your performance of duties and obligations under the Affiliate Agreement;
• any negligence on your part;
• any injury directly or indirectly caused by your negligent or intentional acts or omissions, or the unauthorized use of our creatives and links or this Affiliate Program.

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect, special, or consequential damages, including any loss of revenue, profits, or data, or any loss of goodwill or reputation arising in connection with the Affiliate Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3. Non-Waiver Our failure to enforce strict compliance with any provision of the Affiliate Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of the Affiliate Agreement.

9.4. Relationship of Parties It is important to recognize that the Company and the Affiliate are independent contractors, and nothing in the Affiliate Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us. You are not authorized to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Any statement you make, whether on your site or otherwise, must not contradict anything in this Affiliate Agreement.

9.5. Force Majeure If either party is delayed or unable to perform its obligations under the Affiliate Agreement due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure events), such as labor disputes, strikes, acts of God, terrorism, natural disasters, utility or communications failures, or other similar events, that party shall be excused from performing to the extent prevented. If a force majeure event persists for over thirty (30) calendar days, either party may terminate the Affiliate Agreement with immediate effect by providing written notice.

9.6. Assignability You may not assign the Affiliate Agreement, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without obtaining our prior written consent.

9.7. Severability Should any provision of the Affiliate Agreement be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remainder of the Affiliate Agreement or any other provision herein.

9.8. English Language The Affiliate Agreement was originally composed in English. In the event of any conflicts or discrepancies between the English version and any other language, the English version shall take precedence.

9.9. Modification of Terms & Conditions We retain the right to amend any of the terms and conditions found within the Affiliate Agreement or replace it at our discretion. Such changes may be made by posting a notice of modification or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may encompass alterations in the scope of available Commissions and Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you must terminate the Affiliate Agreement. Continuing participation in our Affiliate Program following the posting of a change notice or new agreement will constitute binding acceptance of the modification or new agreement.
